In-App Purchases on iOS

Purchases via iTunes Store are made through the payment method of your choice (Credit/Debit card, Pay Pal, iTunes Gift Card, Store credit). If your purchased coins do not appear in your balance after the transaction, please allow them a few moments to appear, as there might be high traffic on the purchasing platform. Also, on occasion payments may be canceled by your payment provider or the iTunes Store due to a number of reasons, such as insufficient funds, the platform is busy, bad internet connection. If this is the case, do not worry, as your account will not be charged. In case you wish to submit a ticket regarding purchases made, please provide the date, amount of coins purchased and any transaction receipts you may have.
