I can't seem connect to Facebook!
If you encounter difficulties connecting to Facebook, first of all, you need to be sure that you are logged into your account and you're running the latest version of the game. To check this, please, visit your Game (App) Store and check if there are no available updates. When you are playing the latest version of our game, it ensures you'll run into as few bugs as possible. If there are no available for your game updates, please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Turn your Bingo-Country Days off, so that it is no longer running in the background of your device
- Log out and close the Facebook app (as well as any browser connected to Facebook)
- Re-open the Facebook app and log in
- Re-open the Bingo-Country Days and try connecting to Facebook
